Genesis 1:11-13 part 2 of day three

<sup>Some of the riches soil we can find is underwater. Deposits of plant matter and waste make it that way.  Of course at the time the first waters were separate there were no plants or waste from animals. But plants do need water.  Since the land was separated from the water and immediate God put out the vegetation, I assume the soil was still wet.

Water is very important to all living things and God created it that way.  Our earth, our biosphere was created by an amazing Creator, someone who wanted things to work a certain way and would function according to certain standards. The need for water, food, shelter was built into us. These all work to help us understand who God is.</sup>  

¹¹ Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them”; and it was so. ¹² The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed after their kind, and trees bearing fruit with seed in them, after their kind; and God saw that it was good. ¹³ There was evening and there was morning, a third day.

Psalm 65:9-13

⁹ You visit the earth and cause it to overflow;
You greatly enrich it;
The stream of God is full of water;
You prepare their grain, for thus You prepare the earth.
¹⁰ You water its furrows abundantly,
You settle its ridges,
You soften it with showers,
You bless its growth.
¹¹ You have crowned the year with Your bounty,
And Your paths drip with fatness.
¹²  The pastures of the wilderness drip,
And the hills gird themselves with rejoicing.
¹³ The meadows are clothed with flocks
And the valleys are covered with grain;
They shout for joy, yes, they sing.

Who? God. What? Creation. When? In the beginning. Where? Everywhere. Why? For the glory of God. and How? by the Glory of God.

Day One--the light of the world--splitting day and night--The setting of Jesus as our Savior -- the setting up of darkness and light to help things grow
Day Two--The creation of heaven between two bodies of water one above and one below the heavens
Day Three-- The creation on dry land ---the creation of all plant life and seeds

And there was evening and there was morning a third day one the "Greatest Story Ever Told"
